Whether looking at this bra as an expectant or breastfeeding mum, we know the greatest concern is; will it fit?! Your chest will almost go through as many size changes as your belly in the pre and postnatal period and so we have created a bra that adapts to you throughout every stage of your pregnancy and beyond.

Sizing from a B-G cup allows you to purchase your pre-pregnancy size and feel confident that the bra will fit as your bust expands throughout your pregnancy and breastfeeding journey.

Our easy access clips make nursing your baby easy and discreet, and each bra comes with an additional bra extender should you need a wider band as you near the end of your pregnancy.

The wide under band and the soft, thick straps have been designed to not dig in, ensuring total comfort, whether wearing the bra for a run or for every day feeding.

HOW TO GET THE RIGHT SIZE...

Not sure what size you need? Take a look at our size guide below.  This chart calculates in line with the Boob or Bust size guides rather than the bra size you wear. This is because bra sizes vary hugely between brands and we want to ensure you get the best fit every time.

At the very least we recommend choosing the size that corresponds with your under bust measurement in inches - not your bra size!

We always recommend choosing your pre-pregnancy size for the best fit during and after pregnancy. If you are already pregnant and finding bras too tight, we'd typically suggest picking one size below your current under bust measurement and using the bra extender to the end of your pregnancy (for the best postnatal fit).

Still not sure? Drop us an email on help@natalactive.com with your measurements and current bra size and we will help you find the best fit!

It can be tricky to know what size to get when your shape is constantly changing. We want to ensure you get a perfect fit every time so have created this handy size guide to help you get it right.

      Measuring bra size

If you are not sure what bra size you currently are, grab a tape measure and check out Boob or Bust who have a handy calculator, calibrated to take pregnancy and breastfeeding in to account.

      Supportive bra

Pre-pregnancy I was a 32C/D but grew out of my regular sports bras. I got this in a small and have found it supportive enough to run in, at 25 weeks. I generally find it difficult to find bras where the cups provide the necessary coverage while the straps can be tightened enough in other places, but this does the job. I would prefer if the moulded cups were sewn in as they can get bunched up, and the one issue I’ve had with the bra is that my breasts move to the centre while exercising. Despite these being on the pricey side, I plan to order another one as I think I’ll continue wearing them throughout my pregnancy and after birth.

Not particularly supportive high maintenance bra

I really wanted to like this bra, given the amount I was spending on it, but it just doesn't support enough to call it a sports bra. Definitely not for running. I can wear it for my work, which involves quite a lot of movement. Also, the tightening slider on one of the straps has never stayed in place and the elastic in the straps is sagging - not what I'd hope for with this price tag. There are removable moulded cup things which I personally just find a bit annoying as they shift around and make my boobs look weirdly lumpy. With a bit of fiddling I can get them in the right spot but I don't always have time to do that, what with two kids. I could of course remove them but not always up for the prominent nipple look. Two stars are for it's ease in use for feeding and the thick fabric on the cups. For reference, I am about 32D and ordered the small, which fitted fine. Not very keen on this high maintenance, expensive bra.

Hi Bronya and thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear you weren't happy with the bra. If you had contacted us regarding the issues with your straps we would have been happy to replace the item as this certainly shouldn't be happening and is not the experience of myself and many others that have worn the bras. With regards to support, as a 32 bra size I would probably suggest, if you are postnatal, that you would be better off with an XS which in turn would give better support from the band. I personally wear this size too and find the S is a little too big to give adequate support. I will get Cheryl from our customer service team to message you tomorrow regarding the strap issue and we can also take your exact measurements to see if you may have been better off with a different size. Best wishes, Claire

      Comfy and Supportive

This is my first pregnancy and first mum bra. I wanted a sports bra for support and comfort and this offers both. I love it.
