It can be tricky to know what size to get when your shape is constantly changing. We want to ensure you get a perfect fit every time so have created this handy size guide to help you get it right.
Measuring bra size
If you are not sure what bra size you currently are, grab a tape measure and check out Boob or Bust who have a handy calculator, calibrated to take pregnancy and breastfeeding in to account.
This chart calculates in line with theBoob or Bust size guides rather than the bra size you wear. This is because bra sizes vary hugely between brands and we want to ensure you get the best fit every time. At the very least we recommend choosing the size that corresponds with your under bust measurement in inches - not your bra size!
We always recommend choosing your pre-pregnancy size for the best fit during and after pregnancy. If you are already pregnant and finding bras too tight, we'd typically suggest picking one size below your current under bust measurement and using the bra extender to the end of your pregnancy (for the best postnatal fit).

My partner loves these leggings and the cobalt blue is very nice. She is 18 weeks pregnant and they fit well now with plenty of stretch, she uses them for Zumba and running. The material feels soft and well made. Highly recommended.

Amazing proper active maternity leggings
I love this leggings as I searched high & low for maternity leggings that were actually suitable to work out in. All the ones I tried were either more for casual wear or huge all over with little support. These feel like the high end leggings I use for gym classes non pregnant, but are so so much more comfortable on my growing (but quite petite still) bump. I just wish I’d found them sooner!! Will certainly purchase another.
For reference I’m 26 weeks & usually a size 8-10 but with larger hips, smaller waste - size 10 fits perfectly. I also really appreciated the advice on sizing from the chat option.

Amazing Leggings
So comfy! Was recommended by another friend who had them through her pregnancy. Love the colour and that they are so soft and comfortable to wear. The deep pockets are great too. I don’t do exercise I just wanted some nice comfortable leggings and they’re just what I wanted! My bump is all forward facing so they are still fine at the moment but I’ve got 13 weeks more growth to come so we’ll see how far the band will stretch and reach up over bump when we get to the end haha

So soft, stretchy and comfortable! I'd previously ordered a different brand (not natal active) for £20 and had to return them due to poor fit and quality. So glad I ordered these! Vibrant colour, nice and thick. Stretch nicely while I'm exercising. No irritating pulling up at the waist constantly. You really do get what you pay for!

I need more of these leggings!
I’ve been working out for years and very rarely, a pair of leggings comes along that are soft, comfy, not see through AT ALL and that I never want to take off. I started wearing these before I had a bump because I couldn’t stand anything pressing on my tummy, and because these are high waisted they are perfect. Now I’m 13 weeks with twins and the leggings are stretching with my growing bump. I’m actually obsessed with these leggings and if I could wear them 24/7, I 100% would! The colour goes with everything too, and having 2 pockets on the outside are a game changer for carrying essentials plus a toddler!!
