All UK orders will be dispatched within one working day by EVRI standard service or by Royal Mail Tracked 48 where selected.

Please note that customs duties may be applied on international orders during the shipping process. Any applicable duties and taxes are payable by the customer. If you are in the EU and your order is UNDER 150 Euro you will not have to pay any additional taxes or duties.

 

Royal Mail Strike Action

As you may be aware, members of the CWU are striking on various days causing a number of backlogs to postal services across the UK. We have moved to using EVRI as a preferred delivery service for orders, while still giving you the option to use Royal Mail if you prefer. If your order has been impacted please email help@natalactive.com and we will do our best to help you but please be aware that the delays are out of our control. We apologise if you have been affected and ask for your patience and understanding at this time. Thank you.

Returns and Exchanges

We understand as busy mums, often other things can get in the way of returning something that is not quite right. Our goal is to make the process as easy as possible for you, which is why we offer an extended returns and exchange period on all of our purchases if you are not 100% satisfied.

Let’s face it, if you’re heavily pregnant or in the thick of adjusting to life with a new baby, the last thing you want to add to your plate is trekking down to the post office to return something a week or so later. We’ve been there – we know! 

You have 45 days to return your full price item to us, unmarked, unworn and in its original packaging with tags attached for a refund or exchange on the item. Please ensure your returns form is included in your parcel to prevent any delays in processing your refund/exchange. If your item is not in immaculate condition it will be returned to you and a refund declined.

Unfortunately we are unable to exchange international orders - we can only refund or issue a credit note. 

Sale items must be returned within 14 days of receipt for exchange or refund. 

Please note that items bought on sale or in discount periods will be charged additional shipping for an exchange. 

We would love to also offer free returns but this isn’t possible as a small business just yet. Therefore at the moment, return postage costs must be paid for by you. We recommend using a signed for delivery service with proof of postage. 

The first UK exchange will be sent out at no charge but additional exchanges from the same order will be charged for shipping. International orders will be charged for shipping on exchanges.

It can take up to 7 days from receipt of the item for your refund to be processed on to your card.
