Delivery
All UK orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Please note that customs duties may be applied on international orders during the shipping process. Any applicable duties and taxes are payable by the customer. If you are in the EU and your order is UNDER 150 Euro you will not have to pay any additional taxes or duties.

Returning an item
We understand as busy mums, often other things can get in the way of returning something that is not quite right. Our goal is to make the process as easy as possible for you, which is why we offer an extended returns and exchange period on all of our purchases if you are not 100% satisfied.
Let’s face it, if you’re heavily pregnant or in the thick of adjusting to life with a new baby, the last thing you want to add to your plate is trekking down to the post office to return something a week or so later. We’ve been there – we know!
How long do I have to return
You have 45 days to return your full price item to us, unmarked, unworn and in its original packaging with tags attached for a refund on the item. Sale items must be returned within 14 days.
What do I need to do?
Please request a return via your account by clicking here (you can create an account if you don't already have one) and enclose a print out of your order or a note with your order number on in your parcel If we do not have this info, our warehouse will be unable to match the return to your account.
Return postage costs must be paid for by you and we recommend using a signed for delivery service with proof of postage.
If your item is not in immaculate condition we will charge a £10 restocking fee. Where original hang tags are missing, a £5 admin fee will be taken from your refund. If your item is not in a condition to be resold as new, we will take a fee of 50% of the product value and resell the item as pre-loved to raise funds for Kicks Count.
It can take up to 7 days from receipt of the item for your refund to be processed on to your card.

What if I need to exchange sizes
Unfortunately we are no longer able to offer exchanges however please email help@natalactive.com if you would like to exchange and we will send you a free shipping code with which to place a reorder. This is not applicable to sale items.
