Maternity Shorts - Sapphire Blue
Our squat proof maternity shorts, have been designed to see you through every stage of your pregnancy and still fit perfectly postnatally.
The technical, fast wicking fabric is perfect for those warm summer days and the 6 inch inseam makes them as ideal for a run as for wearing under summer dresses. (Because lets face it, who doesn't suffer from the dreaded thigh rub in pregnancy?) And guess what? These maternity cycling shorts HAVE POCKETS!!
The over bump band provides support to your bump, back and hips and can be folded down for extra support. And they are of course, totally squat proof.
These maternity shorts are an absolute must have in your summer wardrobe.

A word on sizing...
The supportive nature of this fabric means they come up a little smaller than the Luxe Leggings so if you prefer less of a tight fit we suggest selecting a size larger than your leggings.
Our model is 37 weeks pregnant and wearing size 8.
It can be tricky to know what size to get when your shape is constantly changing. We want to ensure you get a perfect fit every time so have created this handy size guide to help you get it right.
Measuring bra size
If you are not sure what bra size you currently are, grab a tape measure and check out Boob or Bust who have a handy calculator, calibrated to take pregnancy and breastfeeding in to account.
This chart calculates in line with the Boob or Bust size guides rather than the bra size you wear. This is because bra sizes vary hugely between brands and we want to ensure you get the best fit every time. At the very least we recommend choosing the size that corresponds with your under bust measurement in inches - not your bra size!
We always recommend choosing your pre-pregnancy size for the best fit during and after pregnancy. If you are already pregnant and finding bras too tight, we'd typically suggest picking one size below your current under bust measurement and using the bra extender to the end of your pregnancy (for the best postnatal fit).
Still not sure? Drop us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org with your measurements and current bra size and we will get back to you as soon as we can!
HOODIES AND YOGA TOPS
I bought these about 3 months into my pregnancy because my other shorts were starting to dig in.
The panel is so comfortable and supportive and I can tell they'll continue to be that way throughout! Even had non-pregnant friends comment on how nice they are.
Pockets are a huge bonus, easily hold my phone and some tissues etc.
Material is really soft too
I absolutely love this shorts. They work so well I ordered more in other colours and this blue is beautiful. They are super comfy, supportive over my bump, the legs don't ride up when running or doing strength training, the pockets are large enough to hold my Samsung S20 plus keys and snacks (unlike other similar brands where the top of the phone peeks out the top advertising it is there), the over bump part doesn't fall down (again unlike others I've tried). These also work really well as a supportive layer under skirts/dresses/casual shorts to prevent chafing and add support (and a discrete place to store your phone and cards). Highly recommend and so glad I found Natal Active.
Pre-pregnancy I wore a UK Size 10 in most other brands, though I chose to order these in a UK 12 for extra comfort and after looking at the measuring guide. The fit is actually perfect. I started wearing them in my second trimester when my waist was too big for my regular running shorts and they are carrying me right through till term comfortably. Not baggy and also not too tight.
A necessity for the summer months.
Beautiful, quality item. Stretchy, supportive, and squat proof.
I have a large twin bump, and I personally found these a little snug on the bump given how much growing I have left to do, so I would definitely recommend sizing up atleast 1, maybe 2 sizes if you're anticipating a mega bump x
These are now my go to running shorts - 29 weeks and still going strong thanks to these! They're super comfortable and supportive, absolutely perfect, just wished I'd got them sooner!
