TERMS & CONDITIONS OF DONATING TO NATAL ACTIVE’S PRE-LOVED PROGRAMME

1. To donate maternity clothing to Natal Active’s Pre-Loved programme you must:
   a. Complete our Clothing Donation Form and include it in your parcel so that we can send you your gift voucher
   b. Ensure all garments are washed. (Otherwise, we have no option but to recycle them.)
   
   
2. No responsibility is taken for parcels that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or received for any technical or other reason.
   
   
3. We can only accept one parcel per household, and only one thank you gift will be issued per household.
   
   
4. We can only accept original Natal Active products – products from other brands will be recycled and will not be eligible for the thank you voucher.
   
   
5. Natal Active reserves the right to refuse the issue of a thank you gift in the case of receiving something other than own brand clothing, or if there is evidence of excessive use or abuse of the promotion, or any other reason.
   
   
6. By donating your clothing, you are agreeing to transfer your property and ownership rights to Natal Active, and it will be the sole decision of Natal Active on what will happen with the items donated. In the event of reselling on through For The Creators, the donator has no right to any money received.
   
   
7. For items resold or rented though For The Creators, the net proceeds to Natal Active from the sale will be donated to the charity Women’s Aid.
   
   
8. Upon successful receipt of a parcel containing Natal Active garments, one £5 promotion code per garment will be emailed to the donator at the email address provided, to a maximum of £25. Please allow up to 10 working days from the date of receipt in order to receive this. The promotion code cannot be used on sale or outlet items, or in conjunction with any other offer.
   
   
9. The donator is responsible for ensuring the correct email address was entered into our form, and that it is an active inbox. Natal Active cannot be held responsible for promotion codes that are lost, bounced, or otherwise unreceived.
   
   
10. No cash alternative will be offered. The promotion code is not transferable and may not be purchased, sold or otherwise exchanged.
    
    
11. Natal Active reserves the right to cancel or change the scheme, including the incentive, at any time.
